We are looking for dogs that love to smile big for the camera. To celebrate all the joy dogs bring us, we are giving away 6 photo sessions to the families of dogs with the best smile.
If you win, you will receive a COMPLIMENTARY photography session and a $200 credit (NORMAL VALUE $450).
Photography sessions will be conducted by Pipi Ray Diamond of Soulful Pet Photography, one of the most in-demand pet photographers in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Frequently Asked Questions
Where?: All sessions will be in Castro Valley at Pipi’s Boutique Backyard Studio which is outdoors, but enclosed with fencing and includes a backdrop for a formal look as well grass for actions shots. Other locations can be requested at an additional fee.
When?
Photo sessions are scheduled on Wednesdays through Saturdays at 10am and 3pm. Right now sessions are being booked in December and January.
What do I get?
If you win you get a chance for your family and pets to be photographed by award winning photographer, Pipi Ray Diamond of Soulful Pet Photography. All winners will receive a COMPLIMENTARY portrait session, plus $200 GIFT CERTIFICATE off any a la carte product.
Can I include my family members?
Yes, please bring your spouse or children if they would like to participate. That way we can get some great family portraits that include your dogs.
Can I purchase photographs?
There is no obligation to purchase, but you do have the opportunity to purchase photographs at your cinematic viewing which will take place right after your portrait session. As a guide, we have matted prints collections starting at $650 that are ready to frame and hang up in your home. We accept all credit cards and can offer interest free payment plans. Most people who love their images spend $800 or more.
How long does the photo session take?
Photography sessions last just under one hour, but please allow up to two hours so we can also show you the portraits right after the shoot.
How long do you keep your images for?
Photos are kept for 30 days from your portrait session date.
Is there any cost to redeem the prize?: To reduce no-shows for complimentary sessions the studio has had to implement a $100 confirmation fee. That fee is refundable at the slideshow viewing if no pictures are purchased. Otherwise it can be applied to any purchases.
Who is the photographer?: Pipi Ray Diamond has been capturing pets and the people who love them since 2014 and was voted “Best Dog Photographer - East Bay” by Bay Woof readers in 2017. She just published her second coffee table book “DOG TAILS” Pawtraits of Bay Area Dogs volume 2” which raised $2,300 for East Oakland Pet Support’s Emergency Medical Fund.
What precautions are you taking given the Covid-19 pandemic?
The photographer will wear a mask and keep a 6 foot distance during the session. Hand sanitizer will be available. Indoors during the reveal session all parties will wear masks and keep a 6 foot distance. Reveal sessions can also be conducted via Zoom.
